Portrait of Fredrik Heyman

About

I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN) in Stockholm and an Associate Professor in Economics. My research examines how globalization and technological change reshape labor markets and firm dynamics, with a particular interest in how firms and workers adapt to automation, trade, and foreign ownership. Beyond academic journals, I conduct policy-oriented research and regularly contribute to Swedish policy debates through evidence-based analysis.
